What happens to the fat?
After being released, the fat is broken down into fatty acids and glycerol and enter the blood stream. Once in the blood stream, the fatty acids can be either used as fuel or quickly eliminated by the body.
What can I expect during a Red Light Therapy Session?
During the treatment, clients are lying down on a treatment table and special pads will be positioned in strategic places on their body. Simply enjoy the relaxing 20-minute session.
What areas of the body can be treated?
The Red Light Therapy treatment can be effectively used on essentially every part of the body. We can treat the face, waist, hips, upper legs, thighs and upper arms. We can also target any potential area of injury.
What risks or side effects are involved?
There are no known risks or side effects involved using RLT. It is considered a safe alternative to invasive procedures. The RLT treatment is 100% non-invasive and does not cause any pain, brushing or scarring.
Do I have to follow a diet?
No changes are required, but to maximize your results, eating a clean diet that is low in sugar and carbohydrates is highly recommended. Do I have to exercise?
Each session should be followed by at least 10 minutes of exercise to stimulate circulation and help burn the fat that has been released.
Does Red Light Therapy help with cellulite and loose skin?

How much does it cost?
A single session is $175. We have packages that are sold in a 6-pack, 12-pack or 20-pack. The larger the package, the better the value. Best results are seen after a series of 12 – 20 sessions.
How many sessions do I need?
In your complimentary consultation, your technician will evaluate your skin and goals and see if you are a good candidate. They will make a recommendation about the number of sessions depending on your current skin and other factors involved in red light therapy. We always recommend coming in 2-3 times a week and a minimum of 12 sessions to see noticeable results. Results are cumulative, so they get better as they go.
Does it last?
There are two parts to this red light therapy. One will be reducing the fat cell. As long as someone doesn’t gain the fat back, the results are very long lasting. The second part is collagen boosting. This is the part that really needs maintenance because we are constantly losing collagen in our skin. 1-2 treatments a month in maintenance, along with a healthy diet is recommended.
