WEIGHT LOSS SESSIONS:  We offer Health Improvement Plans that were written specifically for weight loss but also to ensure that you are building healthy habits, sparing muscle mass, and ensure that you are well nourished.  We offer two basic paths, one that is using all whole foods (this is our Back to Basics program) and one that incorporates using our hand-selected high quality protein supplements in addition to vegetables and protein (this is our Quick and Easy program). When clients meet their weight loss goals, we then transition them into our Live Well program that is designed for long term success in keeping the weight off.

LIVE WELL SESSIONS: We offer session packages focussed on lifestyle habits, not weight loss.  This is especially helpful if you’ve been prescribed a medication that also should be prescribed with lifestyle habit changes.  This includes diabetes medicines, acid reflux, cholesterol, and blood pressure medications.  You can choose a single session, 6 session package, or 12 session package.

The initial Get Started Appointment will last about an hour for weight loss (30 minutes for lifestyle modifications) and will give you a health assessment from your Fit3D and your Health Profile.  Your coach will discuss the details of the action steps moving forward and schedule future appointments.  Depending on the plan that you are on will depend on the frequency and length of upcoming appointments.
